Requirements, compatibility status and implementation ]For a relaunch in early 2026, we are completely revamping our existing website in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the
Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).
The following standards and guidelines apply:
Harmonised European Standard (EN) 301 549, Version 3.2.1
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Version 2.1, Levels A and AA

We are implementing measures to improve accessibility and the user experience of the website. These include, for example: -Consulting with experts in
digital accessibility
-Independent external accessibility testing
-Raising awareness among employees -Integrating accessibility requirements
into relevant internal processes (concepts, design, development and others).
-Carrying out automated and manual tests. (Usability)

The website is not yet fully accessible, e.g. not all images have alternative text; pages in simple language, easy English have not yet been implemented; there is no video audio track describing important
visual content (audio description); full keyboard operability is not yet guaranteed.

As a temporary solution, we have integrated an auxiliary tool. This ensures that basic accessibility standards are met and that an inclusive, user-friendly web environment can be achieved for all visitors.

[ Seeing ]
The website works for people with limited or no vision. It does not require vision or colour recognition. There are also alternatives to visual presentation.
[ Font, contrast, spacing  ]
The font, font size and font type have been chosen to be easily readable. Texts and visual content have clearly recognisable contrasts.
Texts are displayed with sufficient spacing between letters, lines and paragraphs.
[ The display on the website is customisable ]
In addition to the help tool, you can also adjust settings in your browser and/or operating system.
[ Alternatives for non-text content   ]
For content that does not consist of text, there are alternatives that do not require vision. For example, the website offers alternative texts for photos, symbols and graphics.
[ Magnification ]
You can enlarge the display of the content.
Settings are available for this in the accessibility tool, in the browser and/or in your operating system.
[  Keyboard operable   ]
You can use and control the website with an external keyboard. Navigation is in a logical order.
When you select interactive elements, such as links or
buttons, with the keyboard, they are visually highlighted (focus marker).
[  Support for non-visual output via screen readers  ]
You can operate and output all areas using the
screen reader installed on your operating system.
[Headings and captions  ]
The website contains meaningful and sensibly structured headings and labels.

Links are clearly recognisable and labelled meaningfully. [ Responsible market surveillance authority ] Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF) in Magdeburg (Saxony-Anhalt).
